Description

FULLY FURNISHED ROOM (Room 7) INSIDE THE CENTER OF VIENNA. House and Room Room 7 is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + desk + wardrobe! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). The common areas are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with an American XXL refrigerator, Siemens or Bosch devices and all necessary cooking equipment and is also cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. The flat has two separate bathrooms (two showers, two toilets and one washing machine) which are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. (completely NEW and Modern Renovated). The two seperate bathrooms are for 5 rooms, because the other rooms have there own bathroom. So you will always have a free bathroom. Due to the way the house is built, it can occasionally happen that the tap water takes up to 10 minutes to warm up. Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. Location The shared flat is located on the 4th floor in the 8th district in an incredibly quiet side lane. The area provides you with a lot of shopping opportunities and excellent connections with public transport. The metro station of U6 and several tram stations are remarkably close. The trams bring you within a few minutes to all universities, the shopping malls, parks and museums. Furthermore, the U6 brings you in just a few minutes to the Donau, Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße (biggest shopping street in Austria). Currently, the 8th district is the most popular, safest, most beautiful district for all social classes. Lawyers, doctors, engineers and students enjoy the eighth district because it is in the city and still offers a lot of peace and quiet. The next bar tour is only a 15-minute walk away, because then you are already in the 7th. In the 7th district, there is one bar after the next. So live in the 8th and celebrate in the 7th. Walking around in Vienna at night times is safe in all districts, especially in the districts 7–9. As you might know it is the most liveable and one of the safest cities in the world. Other Things The rent is All-In (including electricity, heating, internet, cleaning). The common areas get cleaned all two weeks. That's included in the rent. For couples we charge 150 €/month & room more. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Only for bookings in July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month. For any booking from September onwards the minimum renting period is 3 months...

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
