Spacious, bright and comfortable single-room apartment, composed of a single bed, a sofa, table with chairs, a small walk-in closet. The Apartment is situated at the second floor, it has a private bathroom with a shower, a totally equipped kitchenette, a terrace. The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating, air conditioning are included. Possibility to use a washing machine shared with other tenants. Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come regularly. In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment. At the booking: one month that is the deposit (600€). This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) At the arrival: one month rent 990€/month that include utilities, Fibra Wi-Fi (Fast), condo fees ect. + admin fee 400€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
