You can move in to the fully equipped, comfortable apartment quick and easy. The entire apartment is only used by yourself - you don ́t have to share the rooms with others. The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, store and a small balcony. The directly adjacent Rosenberg invites you for a walk or sports in the greenery. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
Less than 7 days away – No refund

The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.
