Accès au Jardin possible. Ambiance chaleureuse bienvenue . Je suis professeur de piano. Situation: 20 min. à pieds ou 10 min. à vélo de la gare de Waterloo. Train vers Bruxelles (ex. Shuman pour aller à la Communauté européenne). Bus au bout de la rue pour Braine-L'Alleud ou Bruxelles. Bus spécial pour Louvain-La -Neuve. Epicerie , friterie et pizzeria à 5min. à pieds Beaucoup de chemins pour les balades natures à pieds ou à vélo. Quartier calme. Je recherche une personne calme, propre, non fumeuse. Pas d'animaux. Maison non fumeur. Conditions: - Femme uniquement - garantie locative d'un mois. - bail à signer Pour des raisons de sécurité, l'emplacement est dans le quartier.
