A cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean the whole flat and to change your sheets. ✔BEDROOM: double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, sheets, duvet, pillow ✔FLAT SIZE: 140 m2 ✔KITCHEN: wall unit, sink, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, fridge, dining table, chairs, oven, stoves ✔BATHROOM 1: tub, sink, washing machine ✔BATHROOM 2: shower, 2 toilets, sink -The flat has 5 bedrooms in total. Please acknowledge that we handle multiply parallel inquiries per room. We handle each request individually. If the room is not free, we offer another room. We show everything at the check-in. We sign the original copy of the rental contract and take over the (amount of 2 months rental fee) deposit. We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs. Before you leave, we agree on a check out date. We take the keys and give back your deposit.
