Oldschool but not from yesterday! As Vienna's oldest dormitory, since 1887 we have been a (hidden) from all over the world with all modern amenities. In the heart of Vienna's 9th district, all universities and the city center can be easily reached. The Porzellangasse offers with its diverse shopping possibilities everything you need for your daily life. The tram line D, the U4 station Rossauer Lände as well as the Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof can be reached within a few minutes by foot and form an excellent infrastructure. Please note! These are sample photos, we have several rooms which are all similarly equipped. The actual rooms may differ slightly! Double room for single (private) use!!!! Note: Since the use, - and / or guest contracts concluded with dormitories (according to Austrian StudHG idgF) constitute a full exception according to §1.2 of the Austrian MRG (idgF), the monthly costs are a usage fee - not however a rent.A contract is only possible for at least 1 whole calendar month and always starts the first day of each month. StudHG i.d.g.F.) abgeschlossenen Benutzungs,- und/oder Gastverträge lt. §1.2 des österr. MRG (i.d.g.F.) eine Vollausnahme darstellen handelt es sich bei den monatlichen Kosten um ein Benützungsentgeld - nicht aber um eine Miete. Ein Vertrag ist immer nur für mindestens 1 ganzen Kalendermonat möglich und beginnt immer mit dem jeweils Monats ersten. Check in: Mo-Do 10:00 und 16:00 Uhr und Fr. von 10:00 bis 13:00 Uhr....

- Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
- After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
