Zimmer Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk und umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von knapp 60m2. Sie besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, Vorraum , Küche + Esstisch , Badezimmer , WC . Durch die Lage im dritten Stock ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Die Fenster befinden sich auf der Seite einer Einbahnstraße, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig tags- und nachtsüber. Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum im Innenhof für Fahrrad, Roller etc. sowie ein Kellerabteil. Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß und teilmöbliert. Dabei sind ein großes Bett, Kleiderschrank und Vorhänge. (Bei Bedarf kaufe ich auch einen Schreibtisch auf meine eigenen Kosten dazu ;) Küche: - 2 Kühlschränke - Geschirrspüler - Kapselkaffeemaschine - Microwelle - Toaster + Sandwichmaker - Standmixer - Orangenpresse - Wasserkocher Außerdem gibt es auch natürlich das übliche Küchenaccessoires wie Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. Badezimmer: - Badewanne - neue Waschmaschine - neuer Wäschetrockner - Föhn Lage Tolle Lage im 16. Bezirk in einer schönen Wohngegend und sehr gut Vernetzt Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U3 Ottakring-Station - ca. 6 min zu Fuß Strassenbahn Linie 2 & 10 - ca. 1 min zu Fuß Strassenbahn Linie 44 & 46 - ca. 3 min zu Fuß Bus Linie 45A , 46A , 46B - ca 3 min zu Fuß (Sehr gute Verbindung zur Uni-Wien) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar: Spar & Interspar , Billa , Hofer, Bipa, DM, Obst- und Gemüsehandel, Apotheke und Trafik Außerdem gibt es in 4 Gehminuten die Sport & Fun Halle Ottakring, wo man über das ganze Jahr Fitness , Basketball Beachvolleyball , Badminton , Tischtennis , Fußball und mehr betreiben kann. Der Wilhelminenberg & Steinhofgründe sind auch in kurzer Zeit erreichbar falls du gerne in der Natur unterwegs bist. WG-Leben Mein Name ist Karol ich bin 22 Jahre alt, studiere an einer FH Wirtschaft & Unternehmensführung und arbeite geringfügig. Ich liebe es zu reisen und interessiere mich für Geschichte , Politik , Wirtschaft, Kultur und vieles mehr. Ich verbringe meine Freizeit meistens draußen, jetzt im Sommer bin ich öfters an der Donau schwimmen oder am Donaukanal mit Freunden was trinken. Außerdem spiel ich gerne Basketball und im Winter fahr ich Ski. Abends spiele ich aber auch mal gern PS5 daheim. Versuche das Leben zu geniessen ✌🏼 Suche jemanden der vielleicht auch ein bisschen meine Interessen teilt und unkompliziert im Alltag ist. Ich bemühe mich immer, dass die WG sauber bleibt also wär es cool wenn du auch darauf achten könntest. Bin selber gelegentlicher Raucher aber ich würde es bevorzugen (falls du Raucher bist) , dass du nicht im Zimmer sondern am Gang rauchst. Das Raucherfenster ist eh nur 2 Meter von der Eingangstür entfernt. Partys gehen natürlich aber ich habe auch volles Verständnis dafür , wenn man sich mal ins Zimmer zurückziehen möchte um zb für eine Klausur zu lernen...
