If you have a car, you are welcome to rent a parking spot in the garage right by the building itself. The building is situated in a lovely neighborhood in the midst of Vienna: Behind the Museumsquartier, surrounded by Vienna's most appreciated restaurants, cafés and bars. All kinds of shops, grocery stores and public transportation are in immediate vicinity as well. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
