This beautiful room (number 1 in the plan) with its typical Viennese style is fully refurbished like in the floor plan in the listing. Original wooden floors and high ceilings are a must who wants to liv(hidden)ssy in Austria. It is located perfectly for everyone who likes to live urban but also quiet and in a short walking distance to Metro and Tram stations. The district Wieden extends from the area south of the Opera including the Karlkirche at Karlsplatz to Wien Hauptbahnhof, with energetic pockets of businesses and squares to be discovered from the Vienna University of Technology to artsy galleries to even Vienna's miniature version of a Chinatown. Wieden is definitely the place to be. The flat itself is newly renovated (2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, new everything), very light and has a big and spacious kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is in 300m walking distance to the U1 stop "Taubstrummengasse" which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes. There is also a place to store your bike on the property. With a comfortable double bed, a sofa, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, washing-machine, hair drier and so on, you will have everything you need and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price, so you can move in directly without worrying about anything. Connection to public transport: The neighborhood provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center (U1 station "Taubstummengasse" only 300m away, Tram 1 station only 100m away). How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
