Most people say the felt very good in my apartment and it has a good energy and is in a very nice neighbourhood. The flat is 65m2 big with high ceilings and all amenities. Perfect connection to underground, free city bikes and car parking (all in front of house). Fully equipped! Fits 4-5 people. Very quiet as all windows are facing an inyard but still so central! The space My flat is at VERY CENTRAL! You can walk basically to every spot within the city centre within 20 min. Right next to the house you have 2 metro lines and in 2-3 min 2 more tram lines. Also very easy to be reached from airport. I have one big living room including a big bed couch (fits 2 people) and 1 big bed room with double bed, kitchen, corridor, separate toilet and big bathroom with window and extra bath tube and shower. It is quite spacy flat and the high ceilings and double doors make it additionally look bigger. The flat is very quiet as it is located within the yard. Shops (grocery store "Billa"), a very popular market (Karmelitermarkt), pharmacy etc. and restaurants are all nearby. Quite close is one of the best Sushi places ((website hidden)) which is always booked in the evenings so you need to reserve. Also one of best Pizza places ((website hidden)) which has Pizza's like "Naples" style. Or you enjoy brunch or dinner at "Motto am Fluß" which is right at the canal. In summer you have plenty of bars directly at the water like "Tel Aviv Beach" which is my personal "living room" in summer and replaces my non-existent terracce ;). There is also a parking space right next to the building where you can leave your car (daily charge approx. 15 Euro). In the rare case that you need space for 5 people, I have an extra folding bed (I used it myself and it is comfortable enough for couple of nights :)) Guest access Guests have full flat and access to all facilities: kitchen (inkl. Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher etc.). Washing machine, Wifi, Cabel TV at flat screen.
