About the flat: This 3 room apartment on the 2nd floor with 69m2 living space can be rented from 1st of July. It is located in a newly built house in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes on foot from the popular Nordbahnviertel and Austria Campus . The flat is rented with all the furniture necessary for comfortable living. It is currently furnished with 2 double beds (160 cm), desks and wardrobes in the separately accessible rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining table in the living room. In the bathroom there is a washing machine connection, but most of previous renters have been using the modern laundry room with two washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. Dishes, bedsheets, towels and cleaning equipment will be provided as well. It is therefore possible to just pack your suitcase and move in straight away. If some of the furniture is not needed (e.g. the second bed) it can of course be removed. In case of longer rental periods (more than 2 years) the flat can also be rented completely empty. There is a medical center just two houses away. Within walking distance there are also an Eurospar, Penny, a gym, a post office with reception boxes, a pharmacy, a drug store, a bank branch and many other small shops, restaurants and cafes. Only 6 minutes away is a small shop that has extended opening hours, so you can still get the most important food and hygiene articles even late in the evening (until 11 pm) and on Sundays. The Billa at Praterstern, which is also open 7 days a week from 6:00 to 22:00, offers even more choices. Larger shopping centres such as the Donauzentrum or the Millenniumcity are quickly accessible both by public transport and by car. Free time: Just one street away Bednar Park offers the possibility for local recreation. Both green oases Prater and Donauinsel are in the direct vicinity of the apartment and invite you to go for a walk or cycle ride. Contract: Security deposit is 3 monthly rents and has to be handed over at latest on the day of moving in.
