Very nice fully furnished small room, 7 m2, in quiet neighbourhood. Shops nearby, walking distance 5 to 10 minutes. Busstop around the corner, the bus takes you to metro station Kralingse Zoom (EUR) in 12 min. and train station Rotterdam Alexander in 8 min. On a bike it takes 16 min. to EUR (Woudestein) and 8 min. to the train station. Rent includes energy (gas, electricity), water, WIFI, use of washing machine, dish washer in the kitchen, toilet paper! You share the kitchen with me and one or two other tenants. Living room and garden are common areas. There is a nice bathroom in the house, containing a shower and bath. There are two separate toilets in the house. The house is a three story house where I live as a single working mother with my daughter. The house is spacious, clean and very light due to the big windows. The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor. The two separate toilets in the house are on the ground floor and on the first floor. On the first floor are 3 rooms: your room, my bedroom and my daughters bedroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and the washing machine. The house is spacious, clean and very light due to the big windows. The room is fully equipped, bed and bed coverings, desk, chair, several closets, drawer, curtains, lights. In the kitchen you can use all the tools, pots, pans, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, oven, microwave etc. You will be living with me, my daughter and two other tenants who are also students at EUR. All the rooms are for girls only!...
