Our hiring process is designed to be inclusive. It's where we'll get to know each other and how we’ll work together. We want you to succeed as much as you do.
The hiring process varies per role and department. Depending on the role, you may go through all the stages or a shortened process. The order of the steps might be different too. Either way, we'll share what you can expect in our call.
Based on the role descriptions, select the role that will best fit you, your career and personal development.
Initial online meeting
You'll have an introductory online meeting with the dedicated recruiter for the role. You can ask questions and tell us what you're interested in. The recruiter will walk you through what you can expect and who you'll be meeting with.
Meet the hiring manager
You'll meet the hiring manager in a 60-minute call. Depending on the department, we may ask you to prepare a test assignment before your next call.
Meet the team
You'll meet with 3–5 future co-workers. They’ll be members of your future team and those who you’ll often collaborate with.
The hiring team for the role will meet before getting back to you.
If needed, we'll help you and your family, pets included, move to Rotterdam. Whether it's the visa, flights, or advice on which part of the city to live in, we'll guide you where we can.

One week before you start, you'll get a personalised agenda on what to expect in your first few weeks. And when you start, we'll welcome you and show you all things HousingAnywhere. You'll get to know your team and other departments, and see for yourself how we work together.
