The surfaces will be disinfected and we will make sure that after the cleaning, at least 24 hours will pass during which the apartment will be aired. We offer this professional cleaning without additional costs. --- The apartment has just been renovated aprox three years ago and it's fully furnished with everyhting you need. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming old building, which also got renovated few years ago. The apartment offers approx. 30m2 and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffeemaker, ofen, stove etc). There is a central heating and a nice bathroom and a washing machine. ______________ LEGAL INFORMATION: The apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months (for legal reasons). Important: Many apartments in Vienna are rented at short notice, although this is not permitted. This apartment has the correct permission for short and medium term rentals, so it is a legal short term apartment where all taxes are paid correctly and there can be no problems. Of course you'll receive the official MELDEZETTEL (LEGAL REGISTRATION) from us and we're also ready to help with any questions regarding MA36 in case you need us! :-) ____________ LOCATION: In only one minute distance there are several public transportation means, in particular the lines 9 (directly to the Westbahnhof) and other trams, which drive directly into the 1st district. The 16th district is a lively area with the beautiful Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz and the Ottakringer brewery, which is only a few minutes away.
