This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with one with a double bed separated from the living room with curtains. It has 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The apartment is fully equipped and ready to move in. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and has beautiful views of the park and the mountains and lots of natural light. The apartment is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to the metro station paral-lel, this allows easy access to different parts of the city and public transport, restaurants and stores.
