Hi there! We are looking for a new flatmate from the 1st of October to move into a shared apartment, located in the Gyngemose Parkvej area. The room is ca 13 m2, furnished and has a private balcony. The furniture should be bought from the person moving out. The rent for the room is 4700 kr - this includes water and heating. Internet and electricity are extra, but not more than 250 kr. per month. Of course, the room comes with a CPR registration. The apartment is in a new building (ca. 2005) and has shared living room connected with kitchen, shared large bathroom and a common balcony. There is a locked basement where you can park your bike and we have there also an additional storage space. There is 200S and 166 bus stop 3 min away, and a pretty good connection to DTU. Bus 2A stops ca. 1 km away, Husum St. is 2 km away and you can get to the city center in about 35 minutes with public transportation. Supermarkets Rema1000 and Fakta are right around the corner. You would be sharing the place with Kasia, a PhD student, and me, Viktoria, a recent MSc graduate. We are looking for a nice, clean and responsible person with a full time job / studies. Still, is also important for us that you have a sense of humor and enjoy a chat in the common living areas – at least once in a while. Non-smokers only.
