The cost of the bed in a double room is €350 all-inclusive, covering electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium fees, unlimited internet, elevator, waste tax, and much more. To ensure the safety and tranquility of tenants, a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to inspection of the apartment's conditions.
