The lockable private room is furnished with a desk + swivel armchair and a Queen Size bed (160/200) with a comfortable pocket spring mattress and a storage space. Thanks to the air conditioning and shutters, the room remains pleasantly cool even in summer, so it offers a perfect atmosphere for sleep and study or home office. To the location: Surroundings The apartment is located very close to the river and the city island “Donauinsel”. Supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs & bars and food shops for everyday use are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot by a few steps. Public connection In front of the residential building there is a bus stop with a direct connection to the Subway U1. Further the subway station U6 “Handelskai” and the suburban train station “Traisengasse” are within 5 minutes walking distance. So, most universities can be reached in about 15-30 minutes. free time activities in just a few walking minutes you can enter the local recreation area for sports and relaxation on the so called “Donauinsel”, a island on the river.
