Nice double room in a very nice semi-detached house in 40 Ash Road (between Maryland Station and Forrest Gate). The room is not gigantic but big enough to live in as a couple (as i did). The house is overall nice and well served: nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a nice living room with tv and 2 sofas for you lazy a***s! The place is Close to Maryland Tfl station (witch brings you to Stratford and Liverpool Station in minutes) and 15 minutes walk from Stratford International, Westfield and Stratford Centre. The price is 540 monthly with 1 month deposit, and 3 other lovely people live in the house.
