Single room available in this apt located in a quiet place 10 minutes by bike or by bus from the city center (bus stop very close). The apartment is also close to a commercial area with a supermarket, "pizzerie", tobacco shop, fitness center and so on. A swimming pool 10 minutes by bike. It's a big apt with a living room with a sofa, an armchair, a table with 4 chairs. The living room has got also a balcony where you can go if you smoke for example. There is a kitchen with another small table with 3 chairs, a microwave, oven, fridge and everything you need for cooking. Close to the kitchen another balcony. The bathroom has got a shower, a washbasin, a bidet and the washing machine. There are three rooms in total, two already taken by nice and polite guys, the other one is for you. At the ground floor a garage for your bike ( there is a bike for you, we'll ask a deposit of 30 euros). Very fast wifi included. The apt is at the 3rd floor, there is an elevator and there is NO HUMIDITY (unfortunately very common in all apts in Pisa).
