More precisely it lies in front of Mariannenplatz, a quiet and elegant big square that serves as a green oasis in this busy district. The former noon hospital facing the park is an historic building, nowadays hosting art exhibitions and cultural associations. From the balcony you can also see the famous „Mauer Garten Tree-House“, once surrounded by the Berlin Wall.
