Room for Rent in Modern New-Build Apartment – Binckhorst, The Hague A furnished room will be available around late September / early Oct (indicative) in a modern new-build apartment located in the popular Binckhorst area of The Hague. The apartment is shared with myself. I work full-time in Amsterdam and am often away during weekdays. The location is excellent: within walking distance of Voorburg station (bus and tram connections) and cycling distance to Laan van NOI train station, Holland Spoor train, tram, and bus station. It’s a 15 minute bike ride to the Hague central station and the city centre. The apartment complex also offers an indoor bicycle storage. The room is delivered furnished (single bed, flooring and window coverings). Any changes to the room are only possible in consultation. The apartment is newly built and equipped with modern facilities. Tenant preference Strong preference is given to students or young professionals, for example those who are temporarily working or doing an internship in The Hague and are therefore looking for accommodation. International students are very welcome. Details: Cleaning lady comes once a week, but you are expected to also clean up after yourself and keep the room tidy at all times.
