At the time of booking, you are required to pay only the first monthly rent for the selected room. At check-in, the following will be due: -The Students Club fee (our service fee) -A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to conditions Students Club Fee: Initial fee: €495.00 (one-off) If you only plan to stay in the summer months (so june, july and/or august), the fee is 150€ instead!
