The single studio has a kitchenette (without a cooker), a private bathroom, an interior terrace with furniture, a 105x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the common area kitchen or your private microwave. The price includes furniture and household appliances, utensils and kitchenware, bed linens and towels, free Wi-Fi, cleaning of the common areas once per week, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light). The common areas are the hall, a bicycle parking on the ground floor, the dining room on your floor/apartment (with a washing machine and TV), and the terrace on the last floor. There will be 4 students (counting you) on your floor (apartment), but overall, there will be 24 students and young professionals in the building. There is an elevator, of course. The studio is located on the first floor. In this coliving, you will live with other university students from different countries (including Spanish students). The ages range from 25 to 35 years, and we can also accommodate young professionals. You can get empadronamiento for long stays (10-12 months), but you should know we'll charge you 40€ for administrative tasks.
