This room is in a spacious apartment with four bedrooms - this one is a suite. The apartment features one shared bathroom and is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. We provide towels and bed linens, which are changed every two weeks. Cleaning services include weekly maintenance of common areas and a full cleaning of the entire apartment, including the bedrooms, every two weeks. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, work area, and storage space. To ensure maximum comfort, you'll find either brand new or semi-new furniture in each room. The rooms also feature heating, double-glazed windows with thermal insulation, and aluminum blinds. A rental contract is provided for all tenants.
