Upon entering, you’ll find an open space featuring a beautifully decorated living room, with carefully selected details, and offering views of the quiet Marín García Street. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 6 people. On the other side of the living room, there is a dining area with a table for 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. Continuing from the dining area, we reach the independent kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Between the kitchen and dining area, there is a small independent bathroom, adding convenience to the apartment. Through the living room, you access the two bedrooms, both of which are exterior. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x190 cm), while the other has a double bed (180x190 cm). In front of the bedrooms, there is a second complete and independent bathroom. Marín García Street is one of the most sought-after streets in Málaga, located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the iconic Calle Larios, the main artery of the city. The apartment is within walking distance of Málaga’s most famous landmarks, including museums, the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, and Plaza de la Marina, making it a privileged location. The building, dating back to the early 20th century, has been completely renovated. Despite being in the city center, Marín García Street is quiet, and the area is full of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, and small shops where you can find everything you need for your stay.
