Bathroom: Modern and clean, featuring a walk-in shower, essential toiletries, and a washing machine for your laundry needs. Living Area: Relax in our stylish living room, which boasts contemporary décor and ample seating, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Milan. Kitchen: Though compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances and cooking utensils. Amenities: Stay connected and entertained with fast WiFi and a smart TV setup. Access For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property. Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Neighbourhood To savour the atmosphere of the Milan of the past, among elegant Art Nouveau buildings, trattorias and historic shops, theatres and lively places to spend your free time, the Porta Romana area is certainly the right place. Over the years, the neighbourhood has taken on the connotation of a residential neighbourhood par excellence, as well as the hub of young people's lives. You are a 15 minute walk from Milan Cathedral Getting around • Bus: (hidden) • Train: S5 S6 S9 • Metro: M3 • Tram: (hidden) Please note: - Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. - All guests must show a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations. - Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. - Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors. - No outside visitors without written approval. - Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges. - Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival. - Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed. - Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee. - Check-in time: 3 PM - 11pm; self-check-in system available for convenience. You will receive a secure link to provide your info, this is mandatory in order to receive the access code. Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay.
