The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, providing an ideal space for preparing your meals. The bathroom is shared, and bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. This room features a 120cm x 190cm single bed with a storage bed, hot/cold air conditioning, bed linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a closet, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and a window with an exterior view. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with three other private rooms. The property is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the window of this room faces outside, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during their stay. Located on the quiet Calle de Valderribas, in the Puente de Vallecas neighborhood, the apartment is in a well-connected residential area, ideal for those looking for a comfortable and practical place to live in Madrid. From here, you can quickly reach many points of interest in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Gran Via or Retiro Park, thanks to the excellent public transport connections.
