The other flat-mates are international students from different nationalities! This room is very big, with a double bed, sofa bed, closet and study table. It is room 9 on the floor plan. The kitchen and living room are also very big. This apartment has 4 bathrooms, so very comfortable to use for all flat-mates. Wifi is already installed in the apartment. Utilities are about 25 in summer and 45 in winter per person depending how much you use! Address registration is possible if you're staying for at least 5 months. This price concerns long stays.
