The Space: A truly unique light filled full-floor apartment in the most interesting and fun block in Bushwick. Two full bedrooms, a smaller kid’s bedroom and an extra pull-out couch area! Also a super social kitchen/dining, that opens to a living room, making a really comfortable and airy hang-out space. Half a block from the L and a few more from the M trains (Union Square 20 mins away!) The apartment has two full bedrooms, each with a queen bed (one with morning light and the other with evening light - whichever you prefer). One room has an additional comfy pull-out sofa for 2 extra guests, and then there’s a smaller single bedroom (max 7 people). In the middle you’ll find an open kitchen, dining, living area - great for hanging out with friends, and also lots of light from the above skylight. The Neighborhood: Edgy and increasingly hip, Bushwick is an evolving, industrial area marked by imaginative street art and converted warehouses that are home to artist studios and artisanal coffee shops. Dining options span the globe, and avant-garde nightlife thrives in clubs like performance space House of Yes and quirky bars with vintage, mismatched furnishings. A few pocket parks are shaded by mature trees and have playgrounds. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Security Deposit Policy: - Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold - Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold - Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
