House Rules: - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 10 AM. - No smoking inside the apartment. - Please wash the dishes after use; although we have cleaning professionals, any help is appreciated. - Return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay. - Do not rearrange the furniture. - Guests hosting parties will be responsible for extra cleaning costs and may be asked to vacate the property immediately if neighbours are disturbed. - For stays up to 3 months, a deposit of 1000 euros is required. For stays longer than 3 months, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
