These documents must be presented during the communication phase on the platform. Rental Rules and Procedures Eligibility: -Only students and workers are accepted. 'You must provide certified documents proving your study or work in Rome during the initial communication on the platform. Booking Procedure: 1)Administrative Fee: Pay the administrative fee through a payment request on the platform. This fee covers business management costs for our clients. 2)Manager's Fee: This standard fee (listed under "other") covers pre-arrival and post-check-out costs, including in-person check-in assistance, key handover, contract registration, contract administration, assistance during the stay, and check-out assistance. This fee must be paid in cash or via bank transfer at check-in. Note: This fee is separate from any HousingAnywhere fees. 3)Advance Payment: If booking includes July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance through a payment request on the platform. 4)Payment Deadlines: The deposit, administrative fee, and the advance payment for July/August (if applicable) must be paid through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in a penalty or booking cancellation. Non-Refundable August: August rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out. 5)Tax Code Requirement: You must obtain and present your tax code as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation. Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract. Additional Information: 6)Apartments do not include sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, or towels. Apartments are provided as shown in photos or videos; furniture cannot be changed or rearranged. When utilities are not included, their cost depends on your consumption. The final bill will be sent to the apartment. Monthly contracts apply to all listings, meaning you must pay the full month's rent regardless of your move-in or move-out date. For example, if you move in on August 28th, you must still pay for the entire month.
