Each room is lockable, has a double bed, a pullout sofa, a working/studying desk, a wardrobe for your own comfort and use. The flat has 2 toilets and one shower to share between the 5 flatmates, additionally room #1 has a private shower (the second shower in the flat). The kitchen and the living room are also shared. The rooms are usually rented to young interns or exchange students. The flat is on the second floor with no elevator. Rooms 1,2,3,4 are super bright and face the river Danube, buda hills and the ELTE & BME campus. Room 5 faces the courtyard. This bedroom comes fully furnished. It is room 4 on the floor plan. The utilities are payed monthly based on consumption. The displayed utility fee is for all utilities, not only electricity. Sometimes on the outer part of the building they're hanging a poster, which is one of the reasons the utilities of the building is so low :) Important: If your stay is longer than 3 months, a 2 month damage deposit will be payable.
