For added convenience, there is also a separate guest toilet, keeping the main bathroom private and making shared living more comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen - The kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel at home. It has modern appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage to keep things organised. You'll find all the essentials, including cookware, dishes, and utensils there. Directly from apartment owner - This apartment is rented out directly by me, with no intermediaries, which helps keep the rent very reasonable for a place of this size in such a prime location —just the way it should be! If you're looking for a serviced apartment, that can also be arranged. I have a reliable cleaning lady who can come weekly or more often to keep the place in perfect condition, so you can focus on enjoying your stay. Deposit: For business travellers—if you’re a corporate tenant, I’m happy to waive the deposit request to make the process easier for everyone. Parking - Street parking - as a rule you can find parking on our street or nearby streets. Parking on the streets is free on working days from 10 pm till 9 am or on weekends. On working days from 9 am till 10 pm there is a 2-hour parking limit and you need to buy a parking ticket for a 2-hour parking interval permitted on the streets during working days as nearly anywhere in Vienna. There are several convenient and inexpensive 24/7 parking options in the underground garages nearby.
