Ulica Dietla is a green beautiful avenue, probably the most important and most central street in Cracow. The place is perfect for 1 person, 2 friends (even 3 people would be ok), or a couple. There are currently 2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed in the apartment. This is the studio apartment located on the second floor (backyard). This is a studio with a private bathroom en-suite. There are 2 comfortable beds in the apartment. The place is made of the main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom. The cooker in the kitchen can be powered by both gas and electricity. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine. The tenants can use a laundry service (wash and dry) in the same building and same staircase (ground floor). The laundry area has a washing machine and a drying machine. The service with washing machine is completely FREE. The tenants must get their own detergents. Appliances and devices available for the tenants: kettle, toaster, microwave, stove for cooking and much more. There are 2 single twin beds and a sofa-bed in the apartment (upon request the Lessor can get a big double bed for the tenants). The place was recently renovated. The new windows provide a good insulation. The studio is perfect for a couple or 2 friends. Our tenants can access and/or use all areas. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants (approximately 80 PLN per week). The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The monthly rent does not include the bills (bills and internet shall be paid separated). There is a good internet WiFi connection (good speed, fiber internet connection). We are available 24h / 7days (upon previous request) for our guests. We offer our help for: city tour, history tour, clubbing, pub crawl food and wine tasting. The beds are comfortable (there is 1 bed and a sofa-bed). The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen perfectly equipped with all kitchen tools. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower box and toilet. Moreover there is also a separated toilet. There is a washing machine in the main room.
