The living room is large, spacious, and bright. It has a large L-shaped sofa, tiled flooring, and a flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen has modern appliances, granite countertops, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar or the dining area that’s right next to the kitchen. Walk through the glass patio doors in the living room/dining area, and you’ll step foot into the pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out and has a large, refreshing pool for everyone to cool off in. For those who want to work on their tan, there are multiple sunbeds dotted around the pool. And for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but out of the direct sunlight, there is some outdoor seating under a lanai. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin/single beds in each, which are perfect for younger children. Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects.
