The building, once a chocolate factory, has been revitalized into an urban oasis with spacious 4-metre-high ceilings and a modern loft atmosphere. In a central location, right next to the Margaretengürtel U4 station between Westbahnhof and the main railway station, 10 spacious shared rooms with a special charm have been created here. Characterized by the ideal room concept and a transparent all-inclusive rent, the apartment is perfectly adapted to the wishes of the residents. The rooms are all fully furnished, so all you have to do is pack your suitcase and move in. Everything you need for daily life is on site: A fully equipped kitchen including fridge + freezer for each resident, stove and oven, as well as toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.. The shared areas are cleaned once a week, and a weekly private room cleaning service is also available on request. So you don't have to worry about anything, but can concentrate fully on your student or working life.
