The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and plenty of natural light throughout, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so your stay is completely hassle-free. Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use. 📍The apartment’s location is unbeatable: just a few meters from City Hall and within easy walking distance of the University Campus, giving you quick access to both city life and academic facilities. We focus on fostering a welcoming and friendly environment among our colivers, so you can feel at home while building connections with like-minded people. To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent. Additional Information * Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means. * Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof. * Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit). * The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted. * The room offered is Room No. 4, as seen at minute 5:20 in the video. 🛏 Bed Linen & Towels Bed linen and towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own: a waterproof mattress protector, fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase, as well as a body towel, hand towel, and shower mat. If you prefer, we can purchase new sets for €120 or sanitized, used sets for €60—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge. 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you). 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you). After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge). Late check-out: Subject to availability. Until 12:00 PM → 20€ Until 2:00 PM → 40€ 💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys. Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in. !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
