🏡 Casa da Vila is a spacious villa ideal for groups and large families next to the beaches of Porto and with easy access to the city centre. It is a very well equipped family house and is located in one of the quietest areas of the city, once a picturesque and traditional fishing village in Porto and now the most desirable area of ​​the city. The space Casa da Vila is a two-storey villa with a maximum capacity of 8 people, with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds). The house has a bathroom with shower and a toilet and a living/dining room with a double sofa bed. On the ground floor next to the living room there is an equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Bed Linen, Towels and Shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide bed, bath and baby chair if requested. Central heating with radiators in the various rooms of each provide the necessary comfort in winter and the summer house maintains a very pleasant temperature. The access from the street is completely independent, the building not being shared with anyone else.
