A private ensuite studio with independent access at the back of a typically pays Basque house located in the area of Montbrun, Anglet. This is one of two very similar rooms available on the premises therefore it works well if friends want to live close to one another and take both rooms. The studio has: a double bed (160x200), an ensuite shower, sink and toilet, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, cooking and dinning utensils, table and two chairs, under-bed storage and hanging space. Guests overlook the back garden (shared space) and are free to use the garden as they wish whilst respecting others. There is a table and two chairs for their private use. There is a shared laundry area a few meters away from the studio and a drying rack is available. Use of the washing machine is included in the rent however we ask that use of the dryer is restricted to only when it is really necessary. The area is a very calm and family friendly neighbourhood with a large park minutes walk from the house, the forest of Pignada/Chiberta ten minutes walk away and Sables d’or beach is 25 minutes on foot. Cycling paths are excellent in the area and it is highly recommended to bring a bike to get around. To cycle to Biarritz or Bayonne it takes 15 minutes (in opposite directions) along separated cycle lanes. For parking, although there is a drive at the front of the property space is limited and so if you require a parking spot on the drive please discuss with us. We hope people who stay in our property are respectful of both the suite and the shared spaces and interact with politeness.
