Located in a prime location, it has easy access to all the best that Porto has to offer. → Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a high-end building, located on one of Porto's most emblematic avenues. → Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another with two individual beds, both with balcony. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and rain shower. → Living Room The bright living room with balcony features a smart TV, dining table and an elegant sofa. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Garage The apartment offers a parking garage for 5€ per day. The request must be done with at least 48 hours in advance. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
