Decorated in a modern way, and super stylish design, it keeps its original charm, maintaining elements of traditional (hidden)n architecture such as wood-beamed high ceilings, exposed brick walls and big windows with wooden doors, which endow it with great character and make it very special and charming. It also features a back little charming patio. The apartment features a very spacious living room area, a fully equipped and modern open concept kitchen, one super spacious bathroom, the bedroom and a small patio. The spacious and bright living & dining space, featuring high ceilings and wooden beams, offers a comfortable and super big chaise long sofa , a dining table that seats 4, TV, an auxiliary table, and 2 comfy reading chairs. The whole area is surrounded by large windows which fills the living room area with plenty of natural daylight. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. I also offer basic kitchen condiments and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bedroom, has a double bed (150 x 190cm) to ensure a good night's rest, and closet with enough space for all your belongings. Also at this level you will find a full super spacious bathroom which offers a comfy and wide walk-in shower. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also included. The bath towels supplied are for use in the apartment only. You will find also one hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection, and hot & cold multi-split type air conditioning system is provided at both levels. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. The expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
