Essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so your stay is completely hassle-free. Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use. 📍The apartment’s location is unbeatable: just a few meters from City Hall and within easy walking distance of the University Campus, giving you quick access to both city life and academic facilities. We focus on fostering a welcoming and friendly environment among our colivers, so you can feel at home while building connections with like-minded people. To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent. Additional Information * Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means. * Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof. * Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit). * The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted. * The room offered is Room No. 4, as seen at minute 5:20 in the video. 🛏 Bed Linen & Towels Bed linen and towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own: a waterproof mattress protector, fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase, as well as a body towel, hand towel, and shower mat. If you prefer, we can purchase new sets for €120 or sanitized, used sets for €60—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. ARRIVAL TIME Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for 120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
