Here you can enjoy very convenient public transport (metro, many trams and buses) and proximity to the Warsaw's center. Our guests are mostly international students /professionals who appreciate excellent location, standard of this place, safety, cleanliness and warmness. The apartment is clean and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. Its tenants may use a huge bathroom with a shower, laundry machine, standing drying racks, bidet (girls love it !!!), and comfortable shelves for everybody. In addition there is also a separate shower room, and separate toilet room. Kitchen is fully fitted, modern with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, dishes, plates etc. All rooms in this apartment have a garden view (our tenants like to spend time in our garden). Each room is bright and sunny, has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with real beds , big wardrobes, bookshelves, desks, chairs. There is an extra door between rooms and kitchen to ensure your good sleep. There is a fast internet in the apartment . Regular cleaning of shared parts of the flat is covered by the owner and is free of charge for you but please keep in mind that everybody is required to clean after yourself and to participate in maintaining general cleanliness in the flat. This is a clean and quiet place and we invite in particular these girls who are willing to keep it that way, who don't like noise in the flat and who party outside in order to keep the house a perfect place to rest here.
