Temporary room in beautiful 3-room old apartment in Gundeli from 1st February to June 2024 (date flexible) Our casual shared apartment in an old building in Gundeli with two large bedrooms (16m2 & 19m2) with morning sun, a chilled living room for sociable evenings, a top-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a great balcony for sunsets and stargazing is looking for new residents for a few months! The reason? I'm going on a trip around the world and my flatmate will be starting a new chapter in her life after four years of living in a shared flat. My room is available from the beginning of February until probably the end of May (however, as it is still unclear whether I will stay in Argentina, there is the possibility of extending my stay) and will be rented fully furnished. My flatmate's room will be available from March and is initially limited until the end of May (however, as a successor is being sought, there is also the possibility of extending the stay here if necessary). This room will be rented unfurnished (apart from a closet, desk and office chair if required). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. We are very flexible regarding the start and duration of the tenancy! It is possible to apply for just one room or to take over the entire apartment (ideal for two friends or a couple). As it is not yet clear how the flat share will continue from summer onwards, there is also a certain amount of flexibility towards the end. The flat share is centrally located in the trendy Gundeli district! Close to the SBB train station (10-15 minutes by public transport or bike), for stress-free travel and exploring the city. A large M-Park is only a 5-minute walk away and there are also various other shopping facilities. Also ideal for students, as the Faculty of Law and Economics is only 5 minutes away by bike and the m(hidden)uilding on Petersplatz can be reached within 15 minutes by bike or public transport. There is also a piano (in the furnished bedroom), which is freely available.
