The famous Guincho beach is only a few minutes away. Hiking, surfing, cycling, city tours or simply relaxing by the pool: In your cosy little studio-apartment you can enjoy all this in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The flat is located in the souterrain of a new and modern building, has natural daylight and an own front door. The flat is equipped with: - Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, sink, microwave) - Comfortable bed, which can be used as a sofa or as a double bed. - Bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet - Own entrance door, entrance hall with wardrobe - Washing machine and a dryer (located in (hidden)ment) - Iron, ironing board and clothesline - Pool (shared) - Little private garden Enjoy a coffee in your little private garden under the Olive tree or at the pool. The bus stop to Sintra and Cascais is right outside the front door. In Cascais you can take the train to Lisbon. The famous Guincho beach has a walking distance of 25 minutes (or 10 minutes by bike). The bus stop directly in front of the house offers you a bus connection to Cascais (10 minutes). In Cascais you can easily take the train to Lisbon (35 minutes).
