The apartment includes regular cleaning, maintenance service, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi. With a spacious living room featuring a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one double room available (single use) for a couple, you’ll have everything you need, plus lots of natural light. We require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, the first month’s rent upon entry (or proportional), and the last month’s rent as part of the contract. Sharing this flat means you’ll be living with friendly, creative, and entrepreneurial housemates who enjoy socializing, having drinks, or watching football games together. The apartment’s privileged location is just three blocks from the Catholic University and close to the metro, making it easy to reach the center of Valencia and other key destinations. If you’re a student, you’ll need to present proof of study registration and financial means, while workers must provide payroll or an alternative financial arrangement, such as paying the contract in full (6 months plus deposit). Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
