Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment OTHER COSTS: Please, note that we charge 16.33% per rented month as an agency fee, to be paid only once on or before the check-in date. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together EXAMPLE: - 1-month rent: agency fee would be the 16,33% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once - 2 months rent: agency fee would be the 32,66% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once - 4 months rent: agency fee would be the 65,32% of the first-month rent. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. PAYMENT: You have 3 options to pay the balance 1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm) 2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments) 3.
