The apartment is complete with everything needed for a short to medium-term stay consisting of a bedroom, a living room/kitchen with table and a bathroom with shower. The bed in the bedroom folds away and can be transformed into a comfortable sofa when not in use. Thanks to the great availability of services, the area is very popular with people of all ages and social groups, thus making the neighbourhood one of the most lively, multi-ethnic and active in the city, as well as one of the most fashionable. For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed and you will need to be in possession of a code Italian tax. We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00. During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan.
