The day area consists of a comfortable living room, and kitchen located in a separate space. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items and appliances to cook at home, such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The sleeping area has 2 bright bedrooms that share 1 full bathroom with bathtub. The first room is spacious, has a double bed, comfortable and exit to a cozy balcony overlooking Plaza de Huesca. The second bedroom has a single bed and a large closet with an open and a closed space. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi. *The neighborhood:* Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Surrounded by all kinds of commerce, between restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of stores. The apartment is located in Plaza de Huesca, 7 minutes from Sants station (L3/L5). This is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. A 2 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. Approximately 12 minutes away you will find the busy Plaza España and the Arenas shopping center, where you will also find tourist attractions such as the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The nearest metro station is "Plaça de Sants" (L1/L5), 1 minute from the apartment.
